*Before purchasing, determine if your pick up location is within our service area. If it is not, please contact us as special arrangements may be possible.
Step 1: Select and pay for your service. Add the desired service to your cart and complete the checkout process. See the available options listed below or on our products page to decide which option is best for you.
(Residential Option A) 13 pick up days/bucket swap days. (one pick up per week) This option will provide approximately 3 months of service.
(Residential Option B) 26 pick up days/bucket swap days. (one pick up per week) This option will provide approximately 6 months of service.
(Residential Option C) 4 pick up days/bucket swap days. (one pick up per week) This option will provide approximately 1 month of service.
*The week before your service ends we will send out a reminder to renew your service. Renewal can be done through this website or we can send a PayPal link for a subscription with a monthly recurring payment.
Step 2: Provide your contact information. Send us an email through our website with your name, address, phone number and preferred way to contact you. We will then contact you in your prefered way to discuss the details, such as pick up/bucket swap days, location of where your bucket will be, etc.
Step 3: Bucket delivery. We will drop off your bucket with a compostable liner inside at the set location.
Step 4: Dispose of your waste. Fill your bucket with approved items, kitchen scraps/waste, etc. (See list of acceptable items.)
Step 5: Bucket swap/pick up. Place your bucket out in the set location on your pick up/bucket swap day and we will pick it up/swap it out with a clean bucket and liner.
Step 6: Feel good, because it is really that easy to do THE ROT THING!
